If parts are not readily available
in your area and you are not a dealer, you can contact an
authorized dealer convenient to you for parts and service. ONLY
THE AUTHORIZED DEALER THAT SOLD YOU YOUR PRODUCT CAN GIVE YOU
WARRANTY SERVICE AS PER THE WARRANTY TERMS EXPRESSED TO YOU AT
TIME OF PURCHASE BY THEM. You can submit a
if you require additional information on parts or for an authorized dealer
near you. Technical support available to authorized dealers only.
VERUCCI gives 90 days PARTS ONLY warranty to its authorized
dealers for manufacturer’s defects on engine only. Dealer must
show proof of date that vehicle was sold and all documents related
to vehicle identification numbers including but not limited to MCO
(Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin). Parts must be returned at
dealer’s expense along with copies of all paperwork. If it is
authorized to be replaced under warranty, all necessary parts will
be sent to dealer free of charge. Dealer must pay for actual
shipping costs. This warranty is restricted to select models. More
details are given when establishing the VERUCCI brand in your
dealership. ALL WARRANTY IS DONE THROUGH
THE AUTHORIZED DEALERS AND NOT DIRECTLY WITH VERUCCI. SOME
AUTHORIZED DEALERS CAN ESTABLISH DIFFERENT WARRANTY TERMS ON THEIR
BEHALF TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Verucci Motorcycles LLC does NOT
warranty any Verucci product sold on or via the InterNet. InterNet
purchases are not authorized by Verucci Motorcycles LLC and are
the sole responsibility of the selling party and the buying party.
For any sale of this type, no warranty of any kind is provided by
Verucci Motorcycles LLC. Verucci Motorcycles LLC will only
warranty Verucci products sold, prepped, picked up from and
serviced by an Authorized Verucci dealer.
What’s not covered under warranty:
Battery, fan and fan cover, muffler, tires & inner tube, rims &
wheels, brakes, speedometer cables, throttle cables, plastic parts
included but not limited to fenders, covers, and other such
plastic covers. All info is subject to change without notice.
