TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

MCO (Manufactures Certificate of Origin) MCO’s are given to dealers at time of purchase and no duplicate MCO’s can be administered. Lost MCO’s will have a $25 fine for replacement PER MCO for all dealers with an active account NO EXCEPTIONS! Non active accounts or non dealers are subject to a higher penalty and must show proof of purchase from an authorized distributor or dealer and 17 digit VIN must be administered to us for verification purposes.

CONTAINER LOADING PROCEDURES Containers must be pre-booked for loading at least 3 days in advance or as determined or scheduled by us at time of purchase. Average time for loading is 2-4 hours per container depending on product specifications and or classifications. We are in no way responsible for time delays, trucking overtime fees, loss of sales, or any other such inconveniences directly or indirectly related to loading and time delays in container loading. All containers are loaded and checked 100% and are free of any damages. Please see PRODUCT SHIPPING, INSPECTION, DAMAGE AND LOSS section below for more details.

CARGO LOADING PROCEDURES It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange proper pick up as per our scheduling requirements. We are in no way responsible for late pick up or cancellations by cargo companies and restocking fees apply for late pick ups of over 1 week from scheduled pick up. Stock left for over 1 week from agreed pick up date is penalty for up to $100 per day not to exceed $500 per week in consideration of weekends. All cargo is loaded and checked 100% and is free of any damages. Please see PRODUCT SHIPPING, INSPECTION, DAMAGE AND LOSS section below for more details.

PRODUCT SHIPPING, INSPECTION, DAMAGE AND LOSS Purchaser acknowledges that goods are working according to the manufacturers specifications. 100% of all merchandise is fully tested before packed and shipped from manufacturer. Goods shipped via third party carriers (UPS, FedEx, US Mail, Local Delivery, etc…) must be inspected by third party upon receipt. Any damages found must be immediately reported to third party carrier and the seller. Seller does not warrant items damaged by mishandling and/or during shipment. Any claims for such damage must be made to/thru third party carrier. Buyer shall pay all transportation charges and any additional charges for special packaging which the buyer requests.

WARRANTY VERUCCI gives a 3 month PARTS ONLY warranty to its authorized dealers for manufacturer’s defects on engine only. Dealer must show proof of date that vehicle was sold and all documents related to vehicle identification numbers including but not limited to MCO (Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin). Parts must be returned at dealer’s expense along with copies of all paperwork. If it is authorized to be replaced under warranty, all necessary parts will be sent to dealer free of charge. Dealer must pay for actual shipping costs. This warranty is restricted to select models. More details are given when establishing the VERUCCI brand in your dealership. Exceptions do apply.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY Battery, fan and fan cover, muffler, tires & inner tube, rims & wheels, brakes, speedometer cables, throttle cables, pull starts, electric start systems including starting motors, plastic parts included but not limited to fenders, covers, and other such plastic parts. Warranty and non warranty items are subject to change without notice.

AVAILABILITY Prices, colors, models and availability are subject to change without notice.

FORMS OF PAYMENT Cashiers checks, money orders, business checks, cash and wire transfers only. Other methods and exceptions do apply. Returned checks have a penalty charge of $25.00 NO EXCEPTIONS! Payments must be received in full before and shipment can take place.

RETURN POLICIES There are NO RETURNS on merchandise unless otherwise authorized by us in writing including all parts and accessories. 15% restocking fees do apply for approved returns. Items must be accompanied by original invoice and must be in their original condition.

PREORDER All pre-ordered merchandise guarantees stock availability upon arrival. A 15-20 day production period applies with a 45 day transit time in most cases. Firm is not responsible for more time needed to fulfill requirements of purchaser due to customs inspections and delays, force majors, or any other non controllable delay in any part.

PRICE All prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices are F.O.B. seller’s warehouse unless otherwise specified. Firm shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, personal injuries or property damage directly or indirectly related to the use of product, merchandise, or any other item purchased by purchaser or any other party for indirect, special or consequential damages. QINGQI USA is not responsible for any direct or indirect improper adjustments in assembly caused by any party whatsoever. It is the responsibility of the dealer/purchaser to prepare all items for sale and make any proper adjustments needed to fulfill all final sales to the end consumer. It is the responsibility of all purchasers to check local and state laws and abide to all regulations.
