There are Die-casting, welding, coating and assembly factories under the company.  The production on frame, tank and coverings etc. are all under strict quality control.  The 8 assembly lines are of advanced technology and strict process management, owing the annual output of one million, and the products covering from 25cc to 250cc in displacement, including motorcycles, ATVs, electric motors mini-scooters etc.
 

        VERUCCI Helmets Manufacturing Division           

  

1. New designs are hand molded to perfection keeping safety as the primary goal.

2. Helmets are then turned over to concept design for crash testing using the newest digital testing       

solutions from Italy. Extreme testing is done with different surfaces to maximize safety and

government approval such as DOT Certification and Snell.  

3. Production begins under close quality control for distribution to different markets around the world. 

4. Helmets are then hand painted one by one to perfection using the highest quality paint available.

5. Graphics are designed by a professional graphics team to appeal to today’s market.
